France Asselin Company First Combed Carding Machine
France Asselin recently pushed the nonwoven carding machine.
The carding machine adopts the core technology of NSC -- Asselin-Tibeau ProDyn system, which can be used to produce very flat, weight controlled fiber net. This system has been widely applied to the production of spunlaced, needle punched or air bonded fabrics.
The reason why NSC technology can achieve this is mainly because it changes the feeding speed of cross laying nets, and allows different positions of the fiber network to have fiber weight required for process production. The uniformity coefficient of fabric produced by this technology is less than 1%.
The technology has been used in the production of fabric above 40 grams / square meter, and has realized the function of the X-ray meter to measure production output.
