Ministry Of Commerce Announces Final Judgement On Import Of Acrylic Antidumping
At the request of eight enterprises such as Shanghai Huayi acrylic acid Co., Ltd., the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. twenty-first in 2008 on April 9, 2008, and decided to conduct a final review of anti-dumping measures applicable to imported acrylates originating in Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
In April 8, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. eighteenth in 2009. It announced that since April 9, 2009, the anti-dumping duty on imported acrylates originating in Korea has been terminated. The anti-dumping measures against imported acrylic ester originating in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia continue to be implemented for five years in accordance with Announcement No. third of 2003 and Announcement No. fortieth of 2005.
