The details are as follows: A, trademark registration application (including the applicant's name, address, international classification of goods / services, and the list of designated goods / services); B, 15 trademarks and a black ink draft; C, the relevant supporting documents (if designated commodities are used for human use, the production / business license certificate issued by the health administration department shall be provided; if the designated commodities are tobacco products, the certificate of approval from the competent tobacco authority of the State shall be attached); D, the trademark agency entrustment letter signed by the applicant (entrusted for processing); E, the application documents and certificates requiring the priority right, and the relevant certificates for the payment of F.

Application for trademark registration must be in writing, not by fax or e-mail.
