第三、善于多走一步。許多人認為自己有了手頭的這些活兒就足夠了，不應(yīng)該再增添麻煩、自尋煩惱。他們往往做好了自己的分內(nèi)事情就再也不會去思考什么，不會去發(fā)揮主動性尋找一些新的事情、發(fā)現(xiàn)新的問題。
第四、別對共享知識、經(jīng)驗有所保留。往往很多人，自己掌握了一些工作業(yè)務(wù)上的技巧卻不肯拿出來和別的同事一起分享?？赡艽嬖谥环N自私的念頭，認為這是自己的東西，哪怕對新的同事，也是很有保留地帶教。
