Superior'S Etiquette To Subordinates
1．尊重下屬的人格，下屬具有獨立的人格，領導不能因為在工作中與其具有領導與服從的關系而損害下屬的人格，這是領導最基本的修養(yǎng)和對下屬的最基本的禮儀。
2．善于聽取下屬的意見和建議。領導者應當采取公開的、私下的、集體的、個別的等多種方式聽取下屬的意見，了解下屬的愿望，這樣既可提高領導的威信，又可防止干群關系的緊張。
3．寬待下屬。領導應心胸開闊，對下屬的失禮、失誤應用寬容的胸懷對待，盡力幫助下屬改正錯誤，而不是一味打擊、處罰、更不能記恨在心，挾私報復。
4．培養(yǎng)領導的人格魅力。作為領導，除權力外，還應有自己的人格魅力。如良好的形象、豐富的知識、優(yōu)秀的口才、平易近人的作風等，這些都是與領導的權力沒有必須聯系的自然影響力。
