What Are The Types Of Banquets?
國際上通用的宴請形式有宴會、招待會、茶會、工作餐等,而至于采取何種形式,一般根據活動的目的、邀請對象以及經費開支等因素來決定。每種類型的宴請均有與之匹配的特定規(guī)格及要求。
宴會:系盛情邀請貴賓餐飲的聚會,按隆重程度、出席規(guī)格,可分為國宴,正式宴會和便宴。按舉行時間,又有早宴、午宴和晚宴之分,一般說來,晚宴較之早宴和午宴更為隆重、正式。
招待會:是指各種不配備正餐的宴請類型,一般備有食品和酒水,通常不排固定的席位,可以自由活動,常見的有冷餐會和酒會。
茶會:是一種簡便的招待形式,一般在下午四時左右舉行,也有的在上午十時左右進行。其地點通常設在客廳,廳內擺茶幾,座椅,不排坐席。但若為貴賓舉行的茶會,在入坐時,主人要有意識地與主賓坐在一起,其他出席者可相對隨意。
Working meal: It is a form of informal banquet which is commonly used in international communication. The host and guest eat together while dining together. Meals can be divided into working breakfast, working lunch and working dinner according to the meal time. This form of banquet is both simple and hygienic, especially when the schedule is tense.
