All street women's federations and system women's committees:

This year marks the beginning of the implementation of the ninth goals and tasks of the party's Congress. It is an important year to speed up the process of "enriching the people and strengthening the region" and "two lead" and achieving the goal of a well-off society. It is also a Commemorative Year for the 10th anniversary of the 38 international working women's day and 95th anniversary of the basic national policy for equality between men and women.

All the women's organizations at all levels should take the "38" international labor women's Day 95th anniversary as an opportunity to mobilize women in the region to create new achievements, create new jobs and create new life by carrying out a variety of commemorative activities with rich contents and various forms, and promote the progress and development of women's work in the coordinated development of three civilizations.

According to the requirements of the Municipal Women's Federation and the actual situation of our district, the following 38 matters related to this year's commemorative activities are hereby notified as follows:

一、明確指導思想，加大男女平等基本國策宣傳力度

In 2005, the guiding ideology of the "38" commemorative activities was: guided by the important thought of "Three Represents", conscientiously studying and implementing the spirit of the party in the fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, focusing on the work center of the district Party committee and the district government, vigorously publicizing Marx's view of women and the basic national policy of equality between men and women, and vigorously carrying forward the contemporary demeanour of women's learning, talent, enterprising and self strengthening.

We should focus on developing the main theme, focusing on improving the capacity building of women's federations and focusing on promoting the development of women's cause.

The colorful and colorful commemorative activities of the organization set off the climax of a new round of publicity on the basic national policy of equality between men and women, and United and mobilized the vast number of women in the region to devote themselves to accelerating the development of "x two" in order to achieve the goal of "taking the lead in the first place".

At the same time, we should continue to use "38" rights week, square consultation and other activities carriers and forms to popularize legal knowledge and enhance women's awareness of self-protection in accordance with the law.

二、加強宣傳互動，進一步優(yōu)化婦女發(fā)展的環(huán)境

Women's federations at all levels should give full play to the advantages of being united and cohesive in the broad masses of women, conscientiously work around the Central Committee of the district and district governments, make full use of social forces, publicize women to the society, and publicize society to women.

We need to publicize the new situation, new targets and new tasks of the current reform and development to publicize the policies and measures of Party and state reform and development, publicize the fruitful achievements of the three civilizations and educate women to participate in, understand and support reform, and stimulate the women in the region to strive for the goal of "two first".

三、注重實際效果，精心組織主題鮮明的紀念活動

According to the arrangements of the Municipal Women's Federation and the actual work of women in our district, this year's "38" women's Day Women's Federation focuses on the following activities:

All the women's federations and the women's Committee of the streets, in conjunction with the arrangements of the women's Federation of the city and district, take measures in line with local conditions, focus on the center, highlight the key points, carry out the "38" commemorative activities with various forms and actual effects, and report the activities and plans of the "38" to the District Women's Federation office before February 25th and March 11th respectively.
