如何提高個人執(zhí)行力

　　一要著眼于“嚴”，積極進取，增強責任意識。責任心和進取心是做好一切工作的首要條件。責任心強弱，決定執(zhí)行力度的大??；進取心強弱，決定執(zhí)行效果的好壞。

　　三要著眼于“快”，只爭朝夕，提高辦事效率。“明日復明日，明日何其多。我生待明日，萬事成蹉跎?！币虼?，要提高執(zhí)行力，就必須強化時間觀念和效率意識，弘揚“立即行動、馬上就辦”的工作理念。堅決克服工作懶散、辦事拖拉的惡習。

　　四要著眼于“新”，開拓創(chuàng)新，改進工作方法。只有改革，才有活力；只有創(chuàng)新，才有發(fā)展。面對競爭日益激烈、變化日趨迅猛的今天，創(chuàng)新和應變能力已成為推進發(fā)展的核心要素。

Therefore, in order to improve executive power, we must have a strong spirit of reform and innovation, resolutely overcome the problem of inaction and hard work, give full play to subjective initiative, creatively carry out work and execute instructions.
