3, Party A shall not instruct Party B's agents to implement any violation of tax laws and regulations.

4, Party A shall pay the agency fee in full and on time, in accordance with the agreed conditions. If the payment is not made according to the agreed time, the penalty shall be paid according to the prescribed amount of agency fee.

Four. Obligations and responsibilities of Party B:

Six, in case of any change in the performance of the agreement, the relevant provisions need to be changed or supplemented.

Seven, if there is any dispute in the performance of the agreement, the two parties should resolve it through consultation. If negotiation fails, it can be settled through litigation or arbitration.

Eight. This Agreement shall become effective after signature by both parties' legal representatives and the official seal of the company.
