?。ㄒ唬┴浳镞\抵啟運地海關(guān)監(jiān)管場所后，對已辦理出口貨物出境運輸工具訂艙的，申請人按《出口貨物報關(guān)單》的填制規(guī)范要求錄入數(shù)據(jù)后，向啟運地海關(guān)辦理出口貨物報關(guān)和轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)手續(xù)。并持啟運地海關(guān)簽發(fā)的關(guān)封和有關(guān)登記簿向出境地海關(guān)辦理轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)運輸貨物的出境手續(xù)。
