出差的前夕，我們會有一組伙伴共同支持老板，我把它戲稱為出差特攻隊(duì)。雖然Check List是早就印在芯版上，但我按例總是要挑燈夜戰(zhàn)、通宵達(dá)旦。首先是文件類：File幾本、合約書、文件、Itinerary、會議Agenda，這些是最重要也是最花時(shí)間的。接著是例行性工作：禮物、相機(jī)、底片、名片、名片簿、機(jī)票、護(hù)照、照片、Cash（不同幣別），這些是最瑣碎卻又少不了的。然后是老板私人要準(zhǔn)備的。最后則是打包的功夫，樣樣馬虎不得，只為讓老板出差順利、出擊成功，為公司創(chuàng)造更好的業(yè)績。

And I will worry about it, worrying about the endless travel information, worrying about the boss being unable to catch up with the plane, worrying about the driver oversleeping, worrying about the traffic jam on the highway and worrying about the partners.

Finally, everything is in order, and on the highway (of course I'll be in the car), it's against time.

After the boss got on the plane, I flew back to the company to confirm the person who had confirmed the pick up again (at the same time), and to confirm the date, time, location, number of colleagues, how many luggage, and how many cars needed to pick up the aircraft.

There is something worth mentioning before a business trip is that it is not easy to make a reservation. It seems that it is not easy to make a reservation. Because we often fight for orders and timeliness in order to match customers' time, or to connect customers in different cities, we can not make sure the schedule is delayed. I have to change my reservation and change it to four times.

At the moment, it is best to have someone working in a travel agency, or turn a travel agent into himself, so that he can meet the needs at any time.
