兩個月實(shí)習(xí)期間，我在寧波海曙比特信息技術(shù)有限公司辦公室文員崗位實(shí)習(xí)。這是第一次正式與社會接軌踏上工作崗位，開始與以往完全不一樣的生活。每天在規(guī)定的時間上下班，上班期間要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)時地完成自己的工作任務(wù)，不能草率敷衍了事。我們的肩上開始扛著民事責(zé)任，凡事得謹(jǐn)慎小心，否則隨時可能要為一個小小的錯誤承擔(dān)嚴(yán)重的后果付出巨大的代價，再也不是一句對不起和一紙道歉書所能解決。  

"All heroes are born in the world.

From the school to the social environment, people around them have changed their roles completely. Teachers become bosses and classmates become colleagues.

In this great pformation, we may be confused, unable to adapt to the new environment immediately.

We may not be accustomed to the fierce competition between enterprises, and can not stand the indifferent eyes and words of colleagues.

Many times, I feel that I am not being reused by leaders.

What is done is only some unimportant chores, and their proposal or work can not be assured by the boss.

When you fail to achieve results, there will be pressure from all sides, the boss's eyes and colleagues' irony.

At school, there are classmates and teachers' care and support. They only attend classes everyday, and they are very relaxed.

As the saying goes, working for one or two years is better than more than 10 years of reading.

Two months' practice time is not long, but I learned a lot from it.

"What we learn in university is not knowledge, but a capability called self-learning".

After participating in the work, we can have a deep understanding of the meaning of this sentence.

In addition to English and computer operations, little theoretical knowledge is used in textbooks.

I work as a clerk. I usually work on the phone only to process documents, and I hardly use my expertise.

         而同公司的網(wǎng)站開發(fā)人員就大不一樣了。計算機(jī)知識日新月異，在一個項(xiàng)目中，他們經(jīng)常被要求在很短的時間內(nèi)學(xué)會用一種新的計算機(jī)語言進(jìn)行開發(fā)設(shè)計，他們只能在自己以前的基礎(chǔ)上努力自學(xué)盡快掌握知識。在這個信息爆炸的時代，知識更新太快，靠原有的一點(diǎn)知識肯定是不行的。我們必須在工作中勤于動手。
