2009年9月16日，廣東省科技廳組織并委托佛山市科技局主持召開了由佛山市南海瑞洲科技有限公司完成的“四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控皮革切割機(jī)及瑞洲振動(dòng)刀切割機(jī)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”科技成果鑒定會(huì)。由省科技廳組織的鑒定委員會(huì)聽取了項(xiàng)目完成單位所作的研制工作總結(jié)等報(bào)告，審查了相關(guān)技術(shù)文件資料。經(jīng)質(zhì)詢和充分討論，形成鑒定意見如下：

1, to provide identification documents and materials are complete, in line with the requirements of scientific and technological achievements appraisal.

2. Based on multi axis motion control technology and development of the vibration cutter cutting technology, the project has successfully developed a CNC leather cutting machine system.

The system realizes CAD/CAM integration, four axis linkage, laser positioning, and is suitable for machining complex and flexible materials.

3, the project has applied for 5 patents, of which 2 have been authorized by utility models, 1 by appearance patents, and 1 by software copyright registration, with independent intellectual property rights.

4. The products of the project are inspected by the Foshan quality metrology supervision and inspection center, and the inspection items conform to the requirements of the enterprise product standard Q/RZ1 - 2009 CNC flat plate cutting machine.

The products are well received by users and have achieved good economic and social benefits.

According to the appraisal committee, the key technologies such as vibration cutter cutting and so on are at the leading level in China.

    專家組建議企業(yè)繼續(xù)研發(fā)系列產(chǎn)品，擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，滿足市場(chǎng)需求。該項(xiàng)目技術(shù)成果通過(guò)省級(jí)技術(shù)成果鑒定，將為項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用創(chuàng)造更有利的條件。
