According to the relevant laws and regulations of China, Jiaxing trade and Industry Bureau stipulates that if the trade marks used in trade OEM processing are identical or similar to those registered in the same or similar commodities (services) in China, the possibility of trademark infringement exists. He reminded me that the export garment processing enterprises in the city should enhance the awareness of trademark risk prevention in the process of foreign trade OEM processing. For trade marks used in various types of foreign trade processing businesses, we should inquire about trademark owner information in advance through the local industry and commerce department or log in to China's trademark network; do not order the OEM processing business doubtfully; if we want to verify clearly and complete the procedures, we can organize and process the production according to the situation, so that we can effectively guard against the risk of trademark infringement.
