From March 29th to April 1st, the Eleventh China (Dongguan) International Textile and garment industry technology exhibition and the eleven China (Dongguan) international shoe machine shoe material factory technology exhibition were held at Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center, Houjie Town, Dongguan from April 1st to April 1st. According to the organizers, the information management technology seminar is a major feature of the textile exhibition, attracting many businesses to participate.

　　據(jù)了解，從國(guó)內(nèi)服裝企業(yè)的信息化投入與銷(xiāo)售收入比例來(lái)看，85%的企業(yè)低于1%，10%的企業(yè)達(dá)到了1%到2%，5%的企業(yè)達(dá)到2%以上。而國(guó)外服裝企業(yè)的信息化投入至少要達(dá)到銷(xiāo)售收入的2%以上，領(lǐng)先企業(yè)甚至達(dá)到5%到10%。較低的投入水平?jīng)Q定了國(guó)內(nèi)紡織服裝行業(yè)的信息化水平普遍偏低，信息化建設(shè)狀況并不盡如人意。

　　據(jù)悉，就紡織行業(yè)信息化的現(xiàn)狀而言，主要存在以下四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題：第一，企業(yè)對(duì)信息化的資金投入嚴(yán)重不足；第二，企業(yè)信息化人才嚴(yán)重短缺；第三，缺少適于行業(yè)應(yīng)用的軟件產(chǎn)品；第四，缺乏信息化建設(shè)總體規(guī)劃。專家指出，東莞市紡織企業(yè)要重視信息化生產(chǎn)管理多方位投入，紡織行業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新，要具有對(duì)多元化市場(chǎng)的洞察力，要善于預(yù)測(cè)。紡織行業(yè)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力體現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)管理效率、成本控制能力、快速反應(yīng)能力、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作能力等方面，這些都必須建立在信息化基礎(chǔ)上。
