Why Is There A Big Difference Between The Proposed Retail Price And The Selling Price?
在武漢多家賣場及小店,見到不少商品外包裝或吊牌上標(biāo)有“建議零售價(jià)”,但實(shí)際售價(jià)大多低于“建議價(jià)”,少則便宜一兩成,多則便宜四五成,有的甚至不到“建議價(jià)”的1/3。江漢路成交價(jià)80元的毛衫,建議零售價(jià)卻是298元。消費(fèi)者抱怨,商品所謂的“建議零售價(jià)”水分太大,毫無“建議性”。
一服裝店,建議零售價(jià)399元的小西服,賣家同意140元成交;在鐘家村一童裝店,“建議價(jià)”68元的兒童套裝,賣家開價(jià)只要39元。
According to a local store seller, the suggested retail price given by the manufacturer is based on factors such as product cost, sales volume, consumer's endurance and business profit margin. It is intended to restrain businessmen from arbitrarily raising prices or lowering prices, protecting consumers' interests and maintaining brand image.
But now, some retailers regard the proposed retail price as a price strategy: some manufacturers have tacit agreement, deliberately raise the proposed retail price, and then play a gimmick such as price cuts, discounts and so on. Even small businesses have arbitrarily priced the goods at a "recommended retail price".
江漢路一服飾小店店主坦言,如今消費(fèi)者習(xí)慣還價(jià),建議零售價(jià)高點(diǎn),給顧客“殺價(jià)”余地,顧客覺得買了實(shí)惠,商家也有利潤空間。物價(jià)部門表示,如果商家沒有建議零售價(jià)的銷售記錄,卻以所謂的建議零售價(jià)為原價(jià),進(jìn)行打折促銷,涉嫌價(jià)格欺詐,消費(fèi)者可以舉報(bào)。
