The latest statistics released by the Ministry of Commerce and trade fair trade released yesterday showed that as of the end of 3 this year, 152 cases of trade remedy measures launched by the European Union to China were among them, and the EU has already ruled that the trade remedy measures implemented by China have reached 56.

Statistics show that in the cases of trade remedy measures initiated by the European Union to China, the overwhelming majority of anti-dumping cases accounted for 149, and there were 2 safeguard measures and 1 special safeguard measures.

Experts from Beijing WTO affairs center said that from the statistical results, at present, the 56 export products of our country are also suffering from EU trade remedy measures, which is relatively high globally.

Some of these products have gone through several anti-dumping or other trade remedy measures, but after the expiration of the relief measures, the European Union has launched the "sunset review" protection measures again, making the implementation period of trade remedy measures extended again and again.

　　在各種歐盟對華反傾銷出口產(chǎn)品中，中國皮鞋遭遇的反傾銷制裁便已長達近五年。2005年7月，歐盟對中國皮鞋開始進行反傾銷立案，2006年10月份便開始對中國皮鞋征收16.5%的反傾銷稅。2008年10月，歐盟對中國皮鞋實施為期兩年反傾銷措施到期后，歐委會不顧成員國的反對意見發(fā)起反傾銷行政期滿復審，又在2009年末裁定繼續(xù)對中國和越南產(chǎn)皮鞋征收15個月的反傾銷稅。
