4月9日，由彭州市工業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)主辦的“華茂家紡服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)園研討會(huì)”正式舉行。成都市經(jīng)委輕紡處、四川省彭州工業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)管理委員會(huì)、農(nóng)商行彭州市支行、成都小企業(yè)信用擔(dān)保有限公司等單位參加了會(huì)議。會(huì)議就推進(jìn)家紡服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和如何解決中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中的融資瓶頸等議題進(jìn)行了研討。

Weng Changrong, director of the Pengzhou Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, said that after more than 20 years of development, there were more than 10000 garment enterprises in Chengdu, with an annual output value of more than 50 billion yuan.

Together with Huamao to build a home textile and garment industrial park, the aim is to gather more garment enterprises to take root in Pengzhou, forming a complete industrial chain and improving the viability of enterprises.

As Chengdu's key textile and garment industrial base and Pengzhou's "light and heavy" strategic supporting industry, Huamao home textile and garment industrial park has established a supporting policy and service platform for its entry enterprises through the mode of the chamber of Commerce.

At the same time, with the full support of financial institutions such as the Pengzhou branch of the agricultural and commercial bank, the Sichuan industrial plant mortgage model was first established, providing the lowest down payment of 3 percent for the enterprises in the park, and the mortgage loan guarantee for the 5-8 year repayment time limit.

This innovative financing mode, while reducing the investment cost of the enterprises, alleviates the pressure on the liquidity of the enterprises, and boosts the upgrading and gathering of the garment industry to a large extent.

It is understood that the Huamao home textile and garment industrial park has attracted nearly 200 enterprises to enter, and the two phase of the park will be more than 1200 mu, which can accommodate nearly 500 kinds of clothing and home textile enterprises.
