墨西哥《金融家報》于4月15日刊登專題報道，指出盡管目前中國已經(jīng)成為全球主要出口國，但同時也是最近幾年世界范圍內(nèi)被指控進(jìn)行不公平貿(mào)易最多的國家之一。

According to the statistics of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL), 60% of the anti-dumping investigations launched by Latin American countries in 2008 to 2009 were against China.

The United States, the European Union, Mexico and Argentina have appealed against China's unfair trade practices in the framework of the world trade organization.

Up to now, there have been 17 cases of prosecuting China in WTO, of which 7 came from the United States and the European Union.

In 2004, the European Union appealed against China giving preferential tariffs to its export integrated circuits.

CEPAL points out that most of the unfair trade charges against China are related to dumping and intellectual property, and some of the charges involving industry subsidies, including the textile industry, the garment manufacturing industry and the steel and chemical industry.

CEPAL's statistics show that Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Mexico and Peru are the most anti-dumping countries in Latin American countries. Since the fourth quarter of 2008 to the fourth quarter of 2009, Latin American countries have launched 34 anti-dumping cases against Chinese products, involving products such as steel, textiles, household appliances, shoes and tires.

Because the competitiveness of Chinese products is obviously stronger than that of Latin American countries, these countries have to resort to high anti-dumping duties or resorting to WTO.
