《紡織工業(yè)調整和振興規(guī)劃》出臺一年來，紡織服裝業(yè)總體向好的趨勢日趨明顯。規(guī)劃中，明確強調“鼓勵中西部地區(qū)發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢，積極承接產業(yè)轉移，發(fā)展紡織服裝加工基地，形成東中西部優(yōu)勢互補的區(qū)域布局”。中國紡織工業(yè)協會會長杜鈺洲表示，提高東部創(chuàng)新能力和營銷能力，是紡織行業(yè)當前布局調整的一個重要內容；而西部固定資產投資明顯高于東部，已經體現出紡織服裝產業(yè)向西部轉移的趨勢。

Standing at the height of the development strategy of textile and garment industry, Henan province has promulgated the "Henan textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan".

According to the plan, by 2015, Henan's textile enterprises above Designated Size achieved sales income of 340 billion yuan, and by 2020, a strong province of textile and garment industry has been built.

The Hebi City, which held the Promotion Conference on CHIC2010 in Beijing, is one of the six major textile and garment industrial clusters in Henan province.

According to Zhang Juncheng, chairman of the CPPCC in Hebi, Henan, Xunxian County belongs to Hebi, with a large population, abundant resources and great potential, which occupies half of Hebi city.

In recent years, the Hebi municipal government has also paid special attention to Xunxian County's development.

At present, there are 13 textile and garment enterprises in the county, more than 2000 employees, and annual sales income of more than 200 million yuan, with good momentum of development.

Taking Xunxian County as the center, within 500 km radius, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hubei and other provinces and cities covered more than 400 million people, accounting for nearly 1/3 of the total population and huge demand for clothing.
