Today, nearly 70 people from Hongkong garment and Apparel Association have come to our city for investigation and communication. The delegation praised our city's achievements in economic and social development in recent years, and indicated that it would strive to carry out further exchanges and cooperation with the city in textile and clothing industries in the future. 

Ju Tiexiang, vice chairman of municipal CPPCC and Minister of United Front Work of the municipal Party committee, briefed the delegation on the situation in Heyuan. He said that although Heyuan built a short time, but it has a long history, although Heyuan is less developed areas, but has abundant resources such as water and minerals, Hongkong compatriots are welcome to invest in Heyuan.

Xiao Cuifang, chairman of the delegation, said that Heyuan has been developing rapidly in recent years, and the twenty-third world visitor conference will be held this year. The hosting of the WTO will greatly enhance Heyuan's popularity. I hope that through this exchange visit, we will broaden our horizons and learn the spirit of diligence and tenacity of Hakka people.
