今年第一季度，經(jīng)煙臺檢驗檢疫局檢驗合格，山東煙臺地區(qū)共出口服裝6334批，貨值13373萬美元，同比分別增長42.24%和15.69%。

Since the beginning of this year, the Yantai inspection and Quarantine Bureau has taken the opportunity of carrying out the "quality improvement" campaign to actively promote the classified management of export garments, innovate the inspection and supervision mode, and promote the continuous improvement of the export clothing quality in the area, which has greatly promoted the export of garments.

According to the classification of enterprises and the classification of product risks, the Yantai inspection and Quarantine Bureau tailored the supervision plan for the enterprises, made clear the specific inspection and supervision measures, and established and improved the classified enterprise archives, and completed the inspection and supervision related records and the collection of relevant information materials, so as to provide scientific basis for the implementation of dynamic adjustment.

The Bureau increased its support efforts, and actively encouraged and guided enterprises to establish a more scientific and effective quality control system.

Since the beginning of this year, 10 garment enterprises in Yantai have signed certification agreements with certification bodies. The two companies have passed the examination and obtained certificates, which has effectively promoted the comprehensive improvement of the quality management level of enterprises.

We should boldly innovate new ways of supervision and release. On the basis of classified management and combined with the actual situation of enterprises in the area, Yantai inspection and Quarantine Bureau has innovating and implementing a new mode of supervision and release of "centralized review, general release and separation of people and enterprises" through scientific analysis and investigation, so as to achieve rapid inspection and release on the basis of scientific effective supervision.

In addition, in view of the higher requirements of classification management on inspectors' quality and ability, the Bureau aims to improve the supervisory skills of supervisors, invite system review experts to carry out systematic training with representative enterprises and specific audit cases, and timely summarize and promote good experiences and practices, so that the supervision level and working ability of inspection supervisors can be improved rapidly.
