Complaints about catering and lodging are mainly manifested in some restaurants that do not inform consumers when providing compensable commodities such as tea and wet wipes, but are directly included in the charges when checking out; some catering operators do not provide a safe consumption environment, while consumers are stolen when they are eating, and the settlement time is unreasonable.
