2010 Quanzhou Shoe Enterprises Take An Active Part In The National Footwear Standardization Conference
In April, the Secretariat of the national footwear Standardization Technical Committee held the ISO/NP16187 "footwear, liner, and insole testing methods for antibacterial properties". At the first meeting of China Working Group on footwear international standards, 3 enterprises, including Quanzhou Global Footwear Co., Ltd., Anta (China) Group Co., Ltd. and XTEP (China) Group Co., Ltd., participated in the development.
In recent years, the Quanzhou municipal government has strongly encouraged and guided enterprises to participate in the revision of standards at all levels, actively contending for the "right of speech" of the international standard, and awarded a reward of 1 million yuan to the enterprises that have made great achievements in standard development and become the international standard first drafting units or enterprise standards directly promoted to international standards.
Up to now, 8 enterprises and institutions in Quanzhou have participated in the development of 5 international standards and are in the leading position in the whole province.
