According to Yang Guojun, director of the Libo Provincial Tourism Bureau and director of the Education Bureau, the county requires that all cadres and workers in the county must dress in national costume during major festivals. Teachers and students in the education system should wear national costumes during their work and classes. Workers in various windows, service industries, hotels and restaurants must wear national costumes throughout their work hours. According to the relevant personnel of the Bureau of ethnic and religious affairs of Libo County, the implementation of this year's education, government and public institutions and other concrete programs will be rolled out in the whole county.
