Export Footwear Growth In Taizhou In The First Quarter
I learned from the Taizhou inspection and quarantine bureau that in the first quarter of this year, Taizhou exported footwear totaled 6017 batches of exports, with an export volume of US $205 million 990 thousand, an increase of 19% over the same period last year.
It is reported that more than 95% of Taizhou's shoemaking enterprises are concentrated in Wenling.
According to Ren Jianping, director of textiles and textile department of Taizhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau, exports of other light industrial products, including clothing, hats and toys, also increased in the first quarter, except for the sharp increase in export volume of footwear.
However, after the Spring Festival, due to the difficulty of recruiting workers, the shipment period is generally delayed, the delay time is usually about half a month, and some lists have been delayed for nearly a month.
