記者昨日從市金融辦獲悉，我市擬上市企業(yè)“第三批”名單正式發(fā)布，人民電器集團(tuán)有限公司、奧康鞋業(yè)股份有限公司等15家企業(yè)位列其中。加上此前已公布的兩批42家擬上市企業(yè)，共57家溫企正全力以赴叩開資本市場的大門。

It is reported that there are 7 listed companies in our city, and a number of other enterprises are entering the substantive stage of development.

At the beginning of this year, people's appliances formally submitted materials to the Finance Office of the city. Zheng Yuanbao, the chairman of the group, has said that it will go public with the best quality "electrical apparatus plate" of the group and complete this goal within 2 years.

In addition, Kangle pharmaceuticals and Weimin environmental protection are waiting for the "meeting". Semir, AOKANG, red dragonfly and so on have been in the counseling period or will pass the counselling period.

= City Finance Office said that in the next two years, our city is expected to promote 4 to 5 enterprises to achieve the target of listing, and strive to have 15 listed companies in Wenzhou by the end of 2012.

These listed companies will be listed on a multi-channel basis. Apart from the main board, SME board and gem, they may also choose to list in Singapore and Hongkong.

According to the "opinions on promoting the listing of enterprises" issued by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, and the "opinions on the development and implementation of Wenzhou's listed companies for cultivating enterprises and supporting the development of listed companies" issued in 2006, it is proposed that the listed companies enjoy preferential policies in terms of Taxation and land use, and the relevant departments will also open up "green channels" for them.
