從荔波縣召開的2010年梅花節(jié)暨旅游工作座談會上獲悉，為弘揚(yáng)該縣少數(shù)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化，展現(xiàn)荔波少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的旅游形象，經(jīng)多方征求意見和建議，該縣將通過政府補(bǔ)貼的方式，讓所有干部職工穿上民族服裝上班。攤販穿著民族服裝做生意，或可獲得減免相關(guān)稅費(fèi)的優(yōu)惠政策。據(jù)了解，荔波縣目前總?cè)丝?6.68萬人，少數(shù)民族人口14.51萬人，布依族、水族、瑤族、苗族四大主體世居民族占了絕大多數(shù)。

According to Yang Guojun, director of the Libo Provincial Tourism Bureau and director of the Education Bureau, the county requires that all cadres and workers in the county must dress in national costume during major festivals. Teachers and students in the education system should wear national costumes during their work and classes. Workers in various windows, service industries, hotels and restaurants must wear national costumes throughout their work hours.

On the same day, the conference also suggested that when the vendors were wearing ethnic costumes in business, they would give some tax relief to them in the policy area.

According to the relevant personnel of the Bureau of ethnic and religious affairs of Libo County, the implementation of this year's education, government and public institutions and other concrete programs will be rolled out in the whole county.

For the organs and institutions, the financial subsidies to wear ethnic costumes to work before the implementation of specific programmes.

The work is expected to be rolled out in the county in October this year.

At present, the national costume has entered the design stage. Under the premise of keeping the original tradition, the styles of all ethnic costumes can be integrated into modern elements as much as possible to improve and innovate.
