Moscow Seized Counterfeit Chanel Clothing Workshop
The Department of economic security of the Russian Ministry of interior announced that staff members found 3 production shops for counterfeit clothing in a factory not open to the Graz administrative region of Moscow. In the announcement, the Security Department of the Russian interior ministry said that according to experts, the action has saved about 800 million rubles for the trademark owner.
The notice also pointed out that 500 sewing machines, cutting platforms and templates were found, confiscated 445 sewing machines, 15 thousand counterfeit Chanel (Chanel), Du Gabbana (D&G), GUCCI (Gucci), Armani (Armani), Boss (Hugo Boss) and Luo Bert Caavalli (Roberto Cavalli) and other brands of clothing, as well as labeling machine, accessories and other accessories.
The Ministry of interior did not disclose the specific date of the operation.
According to sources, Vietnamese responsible for production of clothing live in the workshop, violating the existing law.
Hundreds of them were detained by the police.
