近日，個(gè)別商家利用換季銷售的商機(jī)銷售涉嫌假冒國際知名品牌鞋品，工商和平分局對(duì)銷售侵權(quán)商品的不法行為進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)厲查處，525雙涉嫌假冒名牌鞋被查，消費(fèi)者權(quán)益得到進(jìn)一步保護(hù)。

The law enforcement officers conducted a secret investigation of the merchants in the area and, on the basis of finding out the situation, took the initiative to contact the two trademark holders of "Adidas" and "Nike". They also worked with the appraisers appointed by the trademark rights holders of Adidas sports (China) Co., Ltd. and Nike sports (China) Co., Ltd., together with the law enforcement officers of industry and commerce, to carry out the "pull net" inspection for the key businesses on the key sections.

During the inspection, it was found that a total of 10 pairs of merchants were suspected of illegal operation in the market, and the infringing goods seized on the spot were 525 pairs of Adidas shoes and Nike sports shoes suspected of counterfeiting.

In this regard, business law enforcement officers launched a case investigation on 10 merchants.

At present, the case is being further investigated and dealt with.
