Recently, the "prismatic ring superfine energy saving fiber" project developed by Zhejiang Hengsheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the provincial new product appraisal.

According to the introduction, "the prismatic ring blowing super fine energy-saving fiber" project uses the melt direct spinning process to produce the special-shaped fine POY polyester yarn. By optimizing the polymerization process, melt B value and viscosity, the melt quality is improved; the traditional side blown air is changed into outer ring blowing, and the wind temperature and wind pressure is optimized; and the energy saving type wire splitting device is developed by cooperation with Germany's Bama company, so as to achieve the high quality and energy saving production. The technology and equipment of the project have been innovating, and the technology has reached the international advanced level. Since the product was put on the market, the users have responded well, forming good economic and social benefits.
