Liu Yuguo's 30 young people from nearby villages are the main force here. Their task is to provide a "one-stop" service for users who buy things online.

It includes packing with the users on the Internet and introducing goods, packing the goods purchased by the users, and affixing the delivery orders sent to all over the place, waiting for the courier truck to open to the village entrance in the afternoon.

By the end of 2009, when Liu Yuguo took inventory of his online store, he himself was also surprised: the two diamonds and 1 million yuan turnover targets that were once out of reach were now far behind him. At that time, his shop had surpassed 5 diamonds and had a "crown", with a turnover of 10 million yuan, ranking third in the nationwide gross line sales.

The latest employment index released by Taobao showed that as of April 30, 2010, 1 million 60 thousand people had achieved employment by opening shop on Taobao.

According to IDC, a global consultancy, every person who opens a shop on the Internet to achieve employment will drive employment opportunities in 2.85 related industries.

That is to say, as of April 30, 2010, Taobao has created 3 million 20 thousand job opportunities for the industry chain.
