The Ministry of Finance and the national development and Reform Commission jointly issued a notice to reduce export and import inspection and quarantine fees to export agricultural products and textile and garment products listed in the entry and exit catalogue of entry exit inspection and quarantine institutions.

The circular is clear that the entry exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be exempted from the export of live animals, live poultry, aquatic animals and exempt agricultural products, and the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be charged by half of the other export agricultural products, and the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be charged to 70% of the export textile and clothing products according to the current collection standard.

According to the introduction, the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fee for relief includes: the quality inspection fee collected by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution, the quarantine of animal clinical quarantine, the quarantine of plant and animal and plant products, the hygienic inspection fee for food and food processing equipment, the weight identification fee, the quantity identification fee, the packaging utilization appraisal fee, the other special inspection item fee, the issuing certificate (single) fee, and the laboratory examination item and the appraisal item charge.
