Xinjiang Corps 2020 Cotton Ingot Scale Will Reach 10 Million Spindles.
Nie Weiguo, party secretary and commissar of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, said at the four plenary session of the six session of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Committee (enlarged) that in order to strengthen and strengthen the cotton industry, Xinjiang Corps will further promote the development of the textile industry. By 2020, the scale of the cotton spinning spindles will reach 10 million yuan.
Nie Weiguo said that in the coming period, the Xinjiang Corps will withdraw from the risk cotton area according to the principle of "adjusting cotton, stabilizing grain, increasing livestock and increasing fruit" and adjusting the yield and quality. On this basis, in order to support the development of the textile industry, during the 2009~2010 years of the Xinjiang Corps in 2009, the regiment set up a special fund of 100 million yuan to support the construction of the cotton textile base, giving a subsidy of 1 million yuan to every 10000 spindles of the newly added cotton spinning spindle, and giving proper subsidies to the new weaving, printing and dyeing and garment producing enterprises.
In the first half of 2010, Xinjiang Tiansheng Industrial Co., Ltd., Tumu Shuker former Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. and alar Tianfeng Textile Co., Ltd. met the reward conditions, respectively, with a bonus of 10 million 750 thousand yuan, 3 million 350 thousand yuan and 2 million 180 thousand yuan.
At present, the famous textile enterprises of Jiangsu Huafang group, Zhejiang Xiong Feng Group and Saudi Arabia Aaron group have settled in Shihezi and alar city. Xinjiang Corps will continue to introduce large groups of domestic and foreign textile enterprises, focusing on Shihezi and alar city to speed up the pace of construction of the local textile base. At the same time, Xinjiang Corps will intensify its support for the corps cotton spinning industry from spinning to weaving, printing and dyeing, home textiles, clothing and other downstream chain extension, and constantly improve the cotton textile industry chain.
By the end of 2009, the size of Xinjiang cotton spinning spindles had reached 2 million 250 thousand, an increase of 22% over the previous year, and the annual production capacity of cotton paddle meal reached 190 thousand tons, and the annual production capacity of viscose staple reached 80 thousand tons.
