28日上午，廣州白云區(qū)江高鎮(zhèn)廣東紅蜻蜓鞋業(yè)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“廣東紅蜻蜓”）廠區(qū)內(nèi)，因不滿公司突然宣布遷廠至肇慶以及拖欠薪水，數(shù)百名員工堵在工廠門口以阻止搬廠。有情緒激動(dòng)的員工甚至爬上廠房樓頂，后被勸下。當(dāng)?shù)卣块T介入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)，廠方隨后宣布暫停搬廠。

According to the staff, at 8:30 in the morning, a female employee climbed to the roof of a 4 storey factory building and claimed that he wanted to stop the factory from moving to Zhaoqing by jumping off the building.

Mr. Peng worked in the factory for 3 years. He told reporters: "notice was issued on the 25 th of this month. Today it will be removed. Employees who are unwilling to follow the factory relocation will be forced to resign" automatically ".

What is more unacceptable to him is that the labor contract signed in March 1st this year is the "Guangdong Red Dragonfly shoe industry Co., Ltd.". The address is "No. 100 Qiu Lu Road, private enterprise District, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou".

But in May 20th, when the contract was returned, the original employer was covered by a small paper printed with Zhao Qinghong Dragonfly Industrial Co., Ltd., and the address of the unit was also changed to Zhaoqing.

"Is it legal that they changed the information on the contract without asking us to agree?"

Mr. Peng was very angry about this.

He also reflected that the company did not buy social security for its employees until February of this year.

The employees said, "we just want to ask the company for wages, overtime fees and breach of contract in 4 and May."

For staff doubt, Guangdong Red Dragonfly Human Resources Department Manager Zhang explained: "we are now working with two companies in Italy, but Guangzhou's factory buildings are too small, so they chose to move to Zhaoqing."

According to the general manager of Ye Ye, "the factory building in Guangzhou is rented, and the company has 200 mu of its own factory in Zhaoqing. Moving plants is a normal behavior."

As for tampering with the contract, Zhang said that because the number of contracts with new companies and addresses was not enough, it was only posted on the corresponding positions of the original contract that there was no tampering.

As for not buying insurance for employees, Zhang said: "the company originally intended to buy for employees, but 100% of employees are unwilling to deduct money from wages to buy insurance, so they didn't buy it."

After coordination, the factory announced, "the board of directors of the company has decided not to move the factory temporarily and resume production as early as possible".
