The research group takes the national standard as the guiding principle, carefully analyzes and studies the industry clothing standards formulated by the major industry departments of the country, explores ways to simplify the clothing pattern, takes the "fit first quality" as the concept of professional wear production, combines the three standards of the standard, edition and model, and adheres to the principles of keeping close to the market, close to production, close to cost and uniform standard, unified version and unified process. Based on summarizing and collating 10 years and measuring the number of millions of people wearing data, after comprehensive analysis and comparison calculation, it finds out the variation rule of the difference between the human body's chest circumference and waist circumference, and finally simplifies the size setting from 280 to 110.

In the case of 60% reduction in the size, the male fitness rate was 96.1%, the female fitness rate was 95.3%, the production efficiency increased by 5%~8% compared with the same period last year, and the consumption of main and auxiliary materials decreased by 1.5%~1.8% compared with the same period.
