During the consultations, the spinning factory also asked for the protection of the letter of credit, and the letter of credit of about 35000 tons of cotton yarn had been established with foreign buyers. If the goods could not be issued with the quantity of orders signed, the reputation of the country would be damaged. The Ministry of textiles also promised partial relaxation to exporters in signing orders, and their letters of credit will also be issued.
