The relevant provisions are also included, allowing the government to authorize the Swedish chemical administration to develop an action plan to effectively implement the inspection of substances related requirements in the REACH regulations without increasing the unnecessary burden of the industry.
A new regulation is also included in the motion. Enterprises are required to provide samples free for inspection at the request of the Swedish chemicals authority (KemI).
The Swedish government expects these changes to take effect from January 1, 2011.

The European Chemicals authority has released a software -Chesar for chemical safety assessment and reporting. This software can help to carry out chemical safety assessment and ultimately help generate chemical safety reports (CSR) for preparing REACH registration documents.
This software is currently the first version, that is, beta, and the test date is July 2010. During this period, you are welcome to use and provide feedback to ECHA.
