In June 1st, the General Administration formally promulgated the Interim Measures for the management of online commodity trading and related services, in order to regulate online commodity trading and related services, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and operators, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the network economy.
The measures will come into effect on July 1, 2010.
The method is divided into 6 chapters and 44 articles.
Network commodity
Obligations of operators and network service providers, obligations of operators providing network trading platform services, online commodity trading and related services.

Management has been stipulated.
Those who violate the relevant provisions of this method shall be fined up to 10 thousand yuan or less than 30 thousand yuan.
In April of this year, the SAIC announced the draft of this method on its official website and asked the public for advice.
