Guangzhou Haig Communications IPO Successfully Passed &Nbsp, Will Not Exceed 85 Million Shares Issued.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission announced on Thursday that the SFC issued the eighty-sixth working conference in 2010 on June 2nd, and approved the first application of Limited by Share Ltd in Guangzhou Haig Communications Group.
The company plans to issue no more than 85 million shares in Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Since its establishment in July 2000, the company has been pformed into the best modern enterprise in the field of military communications and navigation. It has now developed from a single specialized equipment factory equipped with short wave communication and navigation to the Navy, and has developed into a state-level high-tech enterprise that integrates research, development, design and manufacture of military, communications, navigation and system integration equipment including the general, Navy, air force, armored, Second Artillery and armed police forces.
