Based on the theory of network interpenetration, inorganic silicate precursors have been developed. Through the application of sol-gel composite technology in the manufacture of flame retardant cellulose fibers, and breakthroughs have been made, new sol-gel spinning technology has been created, and the inorganic polymer flame retardant and cellulose macromolecules have been efficiently combined. The crosslinking post-processing technology of inorganic flame retardant macromolecules has been invented, and the inorganic / organic composite multi-functional cellulose fiber process equipment and distributed control system have been innovating and integrating.
On this basis, Shandong Hailong has developed a series of inorganic / organic composite functional cellulose fibers, such as antibacterial, flame retardant, all chlorine free flame retardant, original liquor coloring and flame retardance.
The project has formed 30000 tons / year inorganic / organic composite multifunctional flame retardant cellulose fiber production capacity, advanced technology, reliable operation, stable product quality, remarkable social and economic benefits, and has good prospects for popularization and application.
The project has independent intellectual property rights, applies for 22 domestic patents, and 1 foreign patents, including 8 authorized invention patents and 7 utility model patents, and has completed 2 industry standards and 1 enterprise standards.
The project is advanced in technology, scientific and reasonable in process line, and achieves the international leading level.
