Many of the physical and mechanical properties of children's shoes are not up to standard, which easily lead to deformation of shoes and lead to sprained feet.

The City Council and the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce carried out a comparative experiment on children's shoes sold in stores, supermarkets, infant products stores and primary and secondary school campuses. Only 35 batches of products were tested in the 55 batches of products, with a pass rate of 63.6%.

The main problem is that some physical and mechanical properties do not meet the product standard requirements, including hook bending stiffness, outsole wear resistance, shoe belt pull-out strength, outsole hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, adhesion strength and wear volume does not meet the standard requirements.

The quality of products in large supermarkets is generally reassuring, but the municipal consumer council found that there are some quality problems in the sale of children's shoes in some large supermarkets. For example, Guangdong Jishui Tian Tian Department Store Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Oriental Po Tai branch sales, and the "little Zhuang Zi" brand children's shoes produced by the nominal Zhejiang Fashion Footwear Co., Ltd. has half the bending stiffness of the hook core.

Experts recommend that the center of the waist between the outer and the bottom of the leather shoes can play the role of "big beam", supporting and maintaining the overall shape of the shoe. The unqualified leather will cause the overall deformation of the leather shoes, and it will be unstable if worn.

In addition, its sales of Adou Ki cartoon children's shoes were also checked for tensile strength and elongation at break.
