According to the arrangements for closer economic partnership between the mainland and Hongkong, and the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between the mainland and Macao, and related supplementary agreements,

The table of origin of newly added zero tariff goods for Hongkong since July 1, 2010 (see Annex 1) and new Macao enjoyment since July 1, 2010 were formulated.
Zero tariff
The standard of origin of goods "(see Annex 2) is hereby promulgated and implemented from July 1, 2010.
The two table uses simplified commodity names.
Goods
The scope is consistent with the corresponding tax numbers in the People's Republic of China import and export tariff code 2010.
