The Hangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was completed and started in October 2003. It is located on the northern side of Hangzhou, on the side of the stone road, near the long distance bus north station, directly to the highways and national highways of Shanghai Hangzhou, Hangzhou Ningbo and Hangzhou, and through the north and South elevated, Shexiang road and moguan mountain road of Hangzhou city.
