According to the data released by the customs and Excise Department of Russia, the import of Russian goods (excluding imports from the Commonwealth of Independent States) in the 1-5 months of this year increased by 27.1% over the same period last year, reaching 64 billion 900 million US dollars.

Among them, the import volume in May was 15 billion 300 million US dollars, an increase of 49.8% over the same period last year, an increase of 2% over the same period.

In the import structure, imports of textiles and shoes increased by 73.6%, machinery products increased by 51.2%, food -39.4%, chemical products -32.9%.
