The rubber band of the elastic rubber shoes is completely exposed. It not only has the function of opening and closing, but also has a certain decorative function. When designing, it should start with the aesthetic angle and determine the position of the rubber band first.

As shown in figure 1-8-7, the tongue length is taken at E point, and the front tongue is similar to the whole tongue type shoe. Take 00'= 30mm or so to get the center point.

The rubber band is sandwiched between the front and back sides.

 

2. structure design drawing

The minimum size angle of rubber shoes is generally smaller than that of men's shoes. The width of the rubber band is usually larger than that of the dark rubber band. First, the contour of the front end of the rubber band is designed, then the complete shoe contour is designed, and the position of the rubber band is cut off at the lower end of the tongue.

As long as the width is not less than the width of the rubber band 20mm of the man's shoes, you can directly determine the rubber contour line without measuring the minimum dimension angle, as shown in figure 1-8-8.

 

As shown in the figure, the dotted line is the contour of the rubber strip.

Connect the contour line of the back line and control the position of the edge line of the rubber band below the curve of the front arm.

According to the method of designing tongue shaped shoes, design the front gang.

For the back midline EA2, take the HlO'H2= AoO'A2, take the 1/3 of the length difference to the bottom, and connect the contour of the front bottom.

Finally, the design of the insurance cover is completed, and the difference between the inside and outside arms is made.
