The design of the whole tongue type shallow enclosure is also the same as the previous ones. Because the back band is a loose mouth structure, the shoe tongue is longer.

As shown in Fig. 2-2-11, the upper part of the shallow section is whole tongue type shoes, and the requirements and methods for designing tongue shaped shoes are invariable.

The lower part is designed according to the design rule of the shallow section.

 

2. structure design drawing

The structural design of whole tongue type shallow enclosure shoes is shown in figure 2-2-12.

 

(1) first design the shoe tongue and then take the EE'=lOmm fixed tongue length and take the OO'=25mm mouth width control point.

The shoe tongue contour is designed to extend naturally through O.

Design the rubber band position, the horse head and the shoe contour line.

A straight line connects the girth, slightly downward.

(2) design shoe covers and surround strips to be used as arcs to intersect with EV extension lines.

Find the J2 point, make the length difference J2J', then add the 1 / 3 difference, draw the outline of the shoe cover with the copy board on the back line, then connect it to the straight line of the fence, and the termination point is O.

From the point of J', add 1 / 3 difference, draw the outer outline of the fence with the replica board on the back curve, and connect it to O "stop".

Then connect the outline of the fence.

The front end of the fence is trimmed.

Finally, the contour of the bottom rib and the difference between inside and outside are designed.
