Mid Term Review Of Anti Dumping Action Against Nylon Filament In India
According to the website of the anti dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India, the Bureau launched nylon in China, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Korea in June 19th.

The applicant was the India fishing net industry association. The products involved were used for fishing nets.

Filament survey period is from April 2008 to March 2009.
The applicant claimed that nylon filament used for fishing net (more than 210 of toughness) was not within the scope of the original product and should therefore be excluded from the scope of the anti-dumping duty.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance in August 29, 2006, the nylon filament imported from China should pay 63 rupees / kg.
