The head of the SFC's Department said yesterday that there was no question of the size of the enterprise in the gem audit. The rumour in the industry was that it was misreading by raising the listing threshold to control the number of households.

According to the person in charge, the size of the enterprise is not the concern of the trial board of the gem, but it is not the reason why it was rejected.

In recent years, some small business applications have been rejected mainly because of their own problems, such as independence, profitability, authenticity or uncertainty.

"The views of the industry on this issue are not symmetrical with the actual situation."

The director further indicated that the SFC is equal in terms of the size of the listing, and hopes that more potential companies will appear on the gem.

Recently, it has been reported that, in view of the excessive number of listed companies, the SFA has greatly improved the threshold of gem, and has increased the profit index of gem to less than 30 million yuan in the latest year.
