In June 15th, an asphalt tank car rollover led to more than 30 tons of hot liquid asphalt overturned on the eastern front of the urban Binhai Road. After the accident, the relevant departments carried out traffic control on the section. However, some of the motorcyclist passing by here ignored traffic control and entered the road covered with liquid asphalt.
